§ 1 Scope and Provider These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by private individuals and businesses through the online shop of:

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract § 2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

§ 2.2 In case our order confirmation contains typographical or printing errors or if our pricing is based on transmission errors, we are entitled to contest the contract, provided that we can prove our mistake. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components and are exclusive of shipping costs.

§ 4 Delivery Conditions and Reservation of Self-Delivery § 4.1 We only deliver within Europe and offer free shipping. § 4.2 If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided that this is reasonable for you. § 4.3 If delivery of the goods fails despite three attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately. § 4.4 If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied by our suppliers without our fault, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will refund any consideration already provided without delay. § 4.5 Import duties may apply when importing goods into countries outside the European Union. These duties are to be borne by the customer (e.g., Switzerland). § 4.6 Exchange and return of earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.

§ 5 Payment Conditions § 5.1 Payment can be made by Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, PayPal, or prepayment/bank transfer. § 5.2 If you choose the payment method prepayment/bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation email. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 21 days. In case of payment by credit card, your account will be charged upon shipment of the goods. § 5.3 You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged in writing by us. § 5.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if your claims result from the same contractual relationship.

§ 6 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, or transformation without our consent is not permitted.

§ 7 Transport Damages § 7.1 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please complain about such defects immediately to the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible at the telephone number § 7.2 Failure to make a complaint or contact will not affect your legal warranty rights.
